Host: Roni Arniv. Follows an earlier episode on why the business model must move beyond subscriptions (not ingested).

roy-mann sketches how monday.com is thinking about pricing in the AI era. LLM costs erode software’s 75–90% gross margins, and pay-per-use is hard for enterprises that plan budgets. Credits unify every service under one unit (1 credit = 1 cent at monday), but margins differ by service: agents are thin, automations are software-like. The lab playbook: committed per-user buckets worth up to ~20× list price, where unused credits expire as pure margin (users consume about half on average), plus pools at list price for production agents and heavy users, with budgets, top-ups, pay-as-you-go, and limits. Agents bill to their human owner to keep billing simple. Charging a percentage on top of LLM cost is a mistake. Status: still being explored, not yet launched.
